KWELLS TABLETS Pinkish tablets each containing hyoscine hydrobromide 300mcg Prevention of travel sickness Can be taken up to 20-30 minutes before the journey. Adults: 1 every 6 hours as required. Do not take more than 3 times in 24 hours Children over 10 years: Half to 1 tablet every 6 hours as required. Do not give more than 3 times in 24 hours Caution: Not to be taken if suffering from glaucoma, paralytic ileus, pyloric stenosis, prostatic enlargement or myasthenia gravis. May cause drowsiness. Avoid alcohol and use in pregnancy
